Why I Built This

After more than ten years working in the fitness industry, I started to notice something that did not sit right with me. Wellness was quietly becoming something only certain people could access. The best programmes, the best guidance, the best nutrition advice. All of it drifting further and further out of reach for the people who needed it most.

I created Wellness for Everyone because I believe that is wrong.

This is not just about workouts. It is about being able to feed your family well on a tight budget. It is about knowing how to fill a trolley at Aldi and still eat nutritiously. It is about understanding that your health is not a luxury. It is a right. And not being able to afford a premium gym membership does not mean you deserve any less quality than someone who can.

Wellness is not only what happens in the gym or on your plate. It is how you feel when you wake up in the morning. It is the confidence that comes from moving your body. It is the relief of knowing you can look after yourself and your family without it costing a fortune. It is your mind, your energy, your sense of self. And all of that matters just as much as any workout plan.

About Ruby

I have spent over a decade in the fitness industry and I have trained people from all walks of life. Beginners who have never set foot in a gym. Athletes pushing for performance. People recovering from injury. New mums finding their way back to themselves. Parents juggling work, kids and a budget that does not stretch far.

What I have learned is that the desire to feel well, to move well, to eat well is universal. What is not universal is the access to support that makes it possible.

I am a qualified personal trainer and nutritional adviser with a particular passion for making health genuinely achievable on a real income. Everything I create here is built around that. Real workouts that work whether you are in a gym or your living room. Nutritional guidance that respects a weekly food budget.
